Cancellation

GW reserves the right to cancel, relocate, or otherwise modify programs without notice. All programs may also be subject to cancellation or modification under the authority of their program provider, host institution, and/or host government. Program excursions and activities may also be altered or cancelled to adjust to current health and government recommendations and to support student health and well-being. If cancellation occurs, all applicants will be notified. GW may not be able to provide academic accommodations if a program is cancelled or otherwise interrupted. Furthermore, the cancellation of a study abroad program after GW’s add/drop date may result in the loss of an entire semester’s worth of credit, and any academic accommodations provided by the study-abroad program, if offered, may not be accepted by GW.
