Is this program for me? Audencia Global Resp

Global Responsibility in France is a 3 credit course taught by the Audencia Nantes School of Management. Students participating in this class enroll as a short-term exchange student at the Audencia Nantes School of Management and take coursework with Audencia professors who are experts in the field of global responsibility.  Students pay GW tuition for the course. The course is only open to degree-seeking graduate students in the School of Business.  Students will be nominated for this program on a competitive basis.  Applicants must have an established academic record at GW and be in good academic standing with the university.

The Global Responsibility course covers the following areas: introduction to global responsibility, acquiring socially responsible organizations, diversity management, globally responsible SCM green supply chain, and leadership & ethics. These five topics will equip students with overall knowledge and skills in the management of global responsibility with an emphasis on the French firm.

Morning sessions with accomplished faculty in the field are complemented by site visits to relevant organizations in the afternoon. Students will work in teams on related cases. Site visits in the past have included Sumier Duval, Armor, Cointreau, and EDF among others.
