GW Global Bachelors Program
The GW Global Bachelors is an exciting opportunity to make study abroad a central part of your undergraduate degree. The Global Bachelor Program was designed for top students in the Columbian College, Elliott School and GW School of Business to spend multiple semesters abroad as part of their GW studies. The first semester abroad will be together as a cohort during the Spring semester of sophomore year at Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

To be eligible to apply to the GW Global Bachelor's program, students must:
- Be a freshman in CCAS, ESIA or GWSB
- Be in good judicial standing and not have a significant record of judicial infractions at GW
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Participants are selected for admission on the basis of their applications, academic transcripts, judicial status, and preparation for study abroad.
Students apply to the GW Global Bachelors program by submitting the applications and supporting documents to the Office for Study Abroad. The Office for Study Abroad reviews applications with representatives of CCAS, ESIA and GWSB.
Preliminary application requirements include:
- Personal statement in English
- Official GW transcript
- Meeting with your academic advisor
- Resume/CV (GWSB only)
- Four Year Plan (GWSB only)
The application deadline for the Global Bachelors program is March 15.
