About our partner university:
was China's first higher education institution to establish the educational system of Business Administration, the century-old Fudan University created the business discipline as early as 1917. As of 2010, the university has both EQUIS and AACSB accreditation. Since its re-establishment in 1985, the School of Management has been widely practicing the strategy of internationalization.
The Fudan International MBA Program was launched in 1996 through collaboration between the Fudan University School of Management and the MIT Sloan School of Management. The curriculum of the IMBA Program is jointly developed by the two schools, with the objective of cultivating business elites and future leaders with international perspectives and local insights through developing students’ systematic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive managerial skills.

Summer 2021 Itinerary Coming Soon!
This program is only open to degree-seeking graduate students at the School of Business.
As there are limited spots available for this program, students will be nominated on a competitive basis. Applicants must have an established academic record at GW and be in good academic standing with the university (GPA of 3.0 or above).
3 credits are awarded for successful completion of this program.
GWSB graduate students must earn at least a B equivalent in order to receive credit for the courses taken at Fudan. Scores earned through a GWSB Short-term Exchange will not count towards a student's GW GPA.
This program fulfills general elective credit for MBA programs. Students may petition to have study away courses count towards Graduate School of Business Certificates or other Master's degree requirements by speaking with their academic advisor.

After March 10th, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
*Short-term exchange programs follow a two-step application process. Students must first apply through Global & Experiential Education (G&EE) and after a student is admitted and committed to a short-term exchange program, G&EE will forward the student’s name with our endorsement to the partner university. The student will be contacted by the partner university with instructions on next steps and how to complete any forms required by the partner university, if applicable.

July 5 - 16, 2021
For this short-term exchange program, students will be charged GW tuition for 3 credits as well as a program fee due to Fudan upon acceptance to the program.
Those applicants who are admitted to their program of choice will be required to make a $100 deposit by the deadline date. If a deposit is not received by the deadline, students will forfeit their spot on the program.
To secure their place in the program, accepted students will be required to submit a non-refundable $100 program deposit. The deposit will be posted to the students' account for the summer semester and credited towards tuition or the program fee for the course.
