Program Description:

Foundation for Asia Pacific Education Scholarships

The Foundation for Asia Pacific Education mission is to create global citizens and leaders by assisting students in achieving their personal and professional goals of obtaining cultural and academic experiences within the Asia Pacific region.

The Foundation awards scholarships to help enable students to obtain an international experience in the Asia Pacific region. Students who are from underrepresented populations in international education are a priority.

General Eligibility for all Four Foundation Scholarships
  • At the time of applying for any of the Foundation scholarships, you must be enrolled in a North American college or university where transfer credit from an academic program abroad will be applied to your degree being earned.
  • You must be a US or Canadian citizen
  • Your time abroad must be spent in one of the these countries.

You may apply for any of the four scholarships available from the Foundation provided you meet the eligibility requirements for each one. They are:

  • Foundation for Asia Pacific Education General Scholarship
  • STA Travel, Inc. Scholarship
  • Globe Trot - Employees, Family and Friends of GlobaLinks Learning Abroad Scholarship
  • Diversity Abroad / GlobaLinks Learning Abroad Scholarship
