The non-billable (out-of-pocket) expenses are estimation only and expected to vary from person to person. The tuition rate is estimated based on the current tuition rate, and it will most likely change for the next year.
For Undergraduate Students: GW undergrad students do not incur a tuition cost for STAP courses in a regular semester (Fall & Spring). However, they will incur tuition cost for taking an STAP course during the Summer semester, which is based on the current rate of that term. The "Billable subtotal" will appear on your GW Student Accounts Bill.
For Graduate Students: The tuition cost is calculated based on the current Graduate tuition rate, and will appear with other Billable items on your GW Students Accounts Bill.
GW reserves the right to revoke any travel approval and recall travelers.
